You will need to bring or purchase some cotton fabric on the day.

If you love to print, or want to discover the joy of printing, then this is a day for you! Students will develop skills, or improve those they already have, using thermofax screens. The many possibilities of using these techniques, either alone or in combination, will be explored on fabric which will become wonderful cloths to stitch into or to create practical or decorative pieces. Suitable for both beginners and the more experienced.

I am a textile artist from Hampshire, UK. After completing my Foundation Degree in Stitched Textiles in 2013, I have since spent my time exhibiting at various shows and exhibitions around the country. I am a regular exhibitor at the Knitting & Stitching Show at Alexandra Palace and have also shown my work at The Designer Guild Shop at Pall Mall Galleries.

For me, exhibitions are an excellent opportunity to meet and greet new people. I absolutely love sharing my enthusiasm for textiles through my talks and workshops too.
